About the Project

An editorial illustration for an article with the subject matter of “Restaurants with the cleanest bathrooms.” I did a few sketches on this one, trying to figure out how to get the idea across without distastefully focusing too much on what goes on in the bathroom. I finally came to the conclusion that if these bathrooms really are that clean, the person should want to order from within the bathroom. And I ran with that idea… He looks slightly perturbed that the bathroom is cleaner than the restaurant.
