About the Project

Billy is one of my favorite modern Royals. I recently wrote a blog about the plight of my favorite hometown team and I decided to use him as the subject of the illustration. You can read the blog here.

One year we’re going to win more than we lose. One year we might even contend at the top of the division. I can only hope that year is in the near future and that the likes of Zack Greinke, David DeJesus and Billy Butler can all be here to build that winning season.
