Meg & Dia’s new album, which I reviewed, is much better than their Doghouse debut. I don’t particularly mind the album cover, I just felt like there could be more of a concept to it since the album has such a fantastic title – Here, Here and Here.
This idea was swirling around in my head, so I knocked it out quickly. I was going for a graphic/screen-printed look with the idea of three hands pointing here, here and here like I’m always told to do when I have to sign over my life at a doctors appointment or on and insurance contract. The twist I put on it was I’d have 3 different versions of the cover, the green for the digital release, the teal for the CD and the purple for the vinyl.
I also designed a T, which can be seen at the bottom.
I appreciate comments on these album art redesign posts. They are an exercise so I try to spend as little time as possible on them. I would love any input about how you feel this compares to the actual album cover. So what do you think?
@CMZINE hey now, I love me some Parks and Rec, fool!

@Dooglar tough call, but I'd say FIF - Newest Album and Supertones Strike Back, though Revenge has been getting a ton of plays lately.
