After many hours of preparation, The United Plates is ready for its gallery debut.

“”The United Plates” is taking part in the next First Friday art walk in Topeka. All 51 prints will be on display at The Upstage, a nice gallery spot located in downtown Topeka below the Jayhawk Tower.

Come out, see the show & support the arts. Admission is free, but you can purchase any of the prints from the show. Doing so would not hurt my feelings at all.

A portion of the proceeds will go towards renovating The Jayhawk Theatre.”

All 51 of the prints were custom framed in a sleek black gallery frame that I finished myself. I learned a lot about framing in the process. The original concept for this project was for all of the pieces to be viewed together in a single show. So if you’re in the Topeka area, come out and say hi. If you’re not, this is the first of hopefully many to come.
